At T S Henderson we have a range of conventional Turn/Milling machines to complete small batch production,ss well as manufacturing one off specialist items jigs fixtures. This can include Shafts repaired or made new ie; bearing diameters or keyways (Metric, English, Woodruff, Gibhead).
Car parts, flywheel, disc brakes, drum brake, skim to true up.
We have also recently invested in a slotting/broaching machine allowing us to cut keyways in hard to machine materials.
